Ana García Jácome¶
Ana García Jácome (she/her) is a Mexican visual artist living in Estado de México. She creates work using drawing, writing, and video to examine how disability is understood and discussed in society, and to develop new ways of talking about it.
She studied art at the School of Arts and Design at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (FAD, UNAM). She earned a master's degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, supported by a scholarship from the Fundación Jumex Arte Contemporáneo.More information:
